Privacy Policy

Last Updated: June 10, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Claims Loader ("we," "our," or "us"). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your administrative account and transactional data. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, process, and secure information in connection with the Claims Loader web application.

2. Information We Process

a. Authentication & User Profiles

To use the application, users must authenticate. We do not store passwords. For administrators, credentials and basic profile claims (such as email, name, and profile picture URL) are securely validated via an authorized Google OIDC or OpenID Connect identity provider. For client users, access is verified via email and authenticated directly with your company's Salesforce instance using OAuth 2.0.

b. Uploaded Data Files

We process data spreadsheets and files (Excel, CSV, or TXT formats) uploaded by client users. This transactional data is processed programmatically to map, validate, and load records directly into your destination environment (such as your Salesforce organization) according to your configured mapping rules.

3. Data Security & Encryption

Security is a fundamental component of the Claims Loader design. We employ industry-standard safeguards to protect your data:

  • All Salesforce API access and refresh tokens, Client IDs, and Client Secrets are encrypted at rest using strong AES-256 (Fernet) encryption.
  • All data transmission is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (HTTPS/TLS).
  • Strict logical isolation is enforced at the database level to ensure client user accounts and processing logs remain separate.
  • Uploaded spreadsheets are parsed, processed, and immediately deleted from local temporary storage.

4. Usage & Disclosures

We use the processed information solely to validate, transform, and load your data to your destination environment, and to generate audit logs of administrative actions and batch job executions. We do not share, sell, or disclose your personal profile or uploaded data files to third parties.
